Terms of Service
Last updated: April 8, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using mastercalendar.io ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
MasterCalendar is a calendar synchronization service that fetches iCal feeds from third-party platforms (such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com), merges them, and provides a single export URL. The Service also monitors for booking conflicts, applies buffer days, and sends email notifications.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and keep it current. You may not create accounts for automated or bulk use without prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Overload the Service with excessive automated requests beyond normal calendar sync usage
- Resell access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
Calendar data and accuracy
MasterCalendar fetches and merges calendar data from URLs you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from third-party platforms. You are responsible for verifying that your bookings are correct on each platform. MasterCalendar is a synchronization tool, not a booking system, and should not be your sole method of managing reservations.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, experience outages, or encounter third-party service disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
Pricing and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by MasterCalendar. Your calendar data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your calendar data solely to provide the Service.
Limitation of liability
MasterCalendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from double bookings, missed reservations, sync delays, data loss, or any other issue related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
